Call your agent to check the availability of your favorite house model. Hold your preferred unit and get a sample computation or send us a message or like us on Facebook and send us a private message.

Request a Reference Account Number via email

Send an email to [email protected] to request for a reference account number.

Provide copy of fully accomplished documents (RA, BIS, BDS), Unit ID and Name of Agent, two valid government issued ID, and any proof of income.

Receive your Reference Account Number

A unique one-time reference account number will be sent to your email. Use the assigned reference account number to pay the reservation fee via over the counter.

Payment thru Robinsons Bank Counter

Completely fill-out a deposit slip in duplicate copies. Input the following details that you need:

Account Number	Reference Account Number
Account Name	Property Company of Friends, Inc.
For Cash	Denomination, Pieces, Amount
For Check	Check Type, Drawee Bank/Branch, Check Number, Check Amount
Total Deposit	Reservation Fee amount

The buyer is highly encouraged to pay via CASH to avoid check clearing lead time.
